These terms apply to the Pineyourapples website (pineyourapples.com), the videos Pineyourapples publishes, and PYA Publisher, our internal publishing tool. Pineyourapples is an independent digital media project based in Australia. By using the website or watching our content you agree to these terms.
1. Our content is general information
Pineyourapples videos teach general tips, tech tricks, hidden features, quick fixes and facts. We check every factual claim against published sources before posting, but mistakes can still happen and products, software and guidance change over time. Our content is not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Check the instructions for your own device or situation before acting, and use common sense. If you spot an error, please tell us at hello@pineyourapples.com and we will review it.
2. Using the website
You may browse and link to this website freely. Please don't attempt to disrupt it or access it in a way that interferes with its operation.
3. Our videos and intellectual property
Our videos, scripts and illustrations are original works of Pineyourapples. Some graphics use openly licensed icons (for example Microsoft Fluent Emoji and Tabler Icons, MIT licence) and fonts (SIL Open Font License). You may share links to our videos. Please do not re-upload, edit or redistribute them without permission. Product names and trademarks shown in our videos belong to their owners; their use does not imply endorsement.
4. Platforms
Our videos are published on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
5. PYA Publisher
PYA Publisher is internal software used only by the owner of Pineyourapples to publish our own videos to our own accounts and read their performance. It is not offered to the public and has no other users. It uses YouTube API Services: by using PYA Publisher, its user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and our own handling in our Privacy Policy. PYA Publisher's use of Instagram and Facebook follows Meta's platform terms. It does not connect to TikTok.
6. No warranty, and limitation of liability
The website and content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Pineyourapples is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the website or reliance on our content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
